The MGClassic system features a base system that requires a landline and a wearable pendant that the user can press in emergency situations. It comes with 4G technology, a 32-hour backup battery, and Voice Assist technology. The MGHome Cellular covers a range of 1,400 ft of protection and can sync with the included necklace or wristband. However, because it does require its own communication system the cost is slightly higher. Furthermore, the range is slightly lower, so anyone who does have a landline should opt for the MGClassic.

The Guardian Flex is one of Medical Guardian’s lightest medical alert devices, weighing less than a golf ball and roughly 30% smaller than the company’s previous devices. Its compact design makes it a discreet option for people who want protection without a bulky device getting in the way. It offers up to 5 days of battery life, along with GPS and Wi-Fi-assisted location services to help members and caregivers locate the device. The Guardian Flex can be worn around the wrist, neck, or belt using quick-release accessories, making it a flexible choice for different lifestyles.

The Guardian Flex also offers 24/7 protection, water resistance with an IP67 rating, and advanced fall detection available as an optional add-on service. Through the Medical Guardian app and portal, members and caregivers can check the device’s battery and signal, manage the Care Circle, and use the Find My Flex feature to see the device’s location.

Finally, the MGMove is Medical Guardian’s newest addition, a smartwatch medical alert device that is the brand’s most technologically advanced way to stay safe and connected wherever you go. It is connected to a diamond-certified monitoring center that is available 24/7 and quick to respond to any emergency. It also includes weather and step-counting apps to help you set goals and track your progress.

Contract

By joining Medical Guardian, you don’t have to worry about signing any long-term contracts. This also means members don’t need to pay for setup or cancellation fees.

Medial Guardian customers benefit from a UL-listed call center and CSAA Five Diamond certified monitoring center. Their monitoring center remains open 24/7 and has the ability to dispatch police, fire, or paramedics as well as contact designated family members, friends, or neighbors.
